Tsukumi Limestone is made by crushing and screening raw limestone ore from Todaka Mining Co., Ltd. located in Tsukumi City, Oita Prefecture. This product is available in fine and lump ore varieties. JFE Steel Corporation is our primary customer who uses fine ore in making sintered ore and lump ore in various steelmaking processes.

Yoshii Limestone is used by JFE Steel West Japan Works as auxiliary material in steelmaking. We have implemented various technological improvements to ensure stable supply of this product.

Fukuyama Quick Lime is made by burning lump ore supplied by our Yoshii Mining Works and the Tsukumi Plant at our Kurashiki and Fukuyama Plants. These products are primarily sold to JFE Steel Corporation West Japan Works. Fukuyama Quick Lime is processed into three different varieties including lump, powder, and fine powder forms for use in different applications, such as steelmaking, sintering, and pre-processing.

Limestone from Bohol Island, in the Philippines, is exported throughout the ASEAN region and other parts of the world. This Bohol Limestone product is used in various applications including steelmaking auxiliary materials, neutralizers, chemical use, aggregates, and others.
