We utilize the CVD method to enable high-precision, submicron-level control of our nickel ultra fine powder. This product is popularly used as an internal electrode material for multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCC). TIBREX® is environmentally friendly and a highly functional material having excellent reinforcement, heat-resistance, and chemical-resistance properties. Through our proprietary crystal growing technologies, we can control the particle shape so as to offer a variety of powder products having different characteristics that meet different needs.

Lithium Nickelate

We have developed a lithium nickelate material as a new cathode material for lithium-ion secondary batteries with high capacity and enhanced safety. This material was developed in response to various industry requirements, including the need for a new cathode material for small batteries used in cellular phones, PCs, and other mobile devices as well as larger batteries used in automobiles, electric scooters, lightweight electric vehicles, and electric power tools.

Through our proprietary manufacturing technology that enables the growth of long crystals, our piezoelectric single crystals have better performance and more stable piezoelectric properties than conventional materials. These products have enormous potential for use in many applications, some of which include ultrasonic probes for medical use, non-destructive testing probes, and actuators.
